Anti-Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 was introduced to help eliminate slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in business operations and supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Act and describes PubNub’s approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks across our operations and supplier network.

PubNub powers real-time interactive experiences that drive engagement, retention, and monetization. Our market-leading platform enables customers to build, manage, and optimize apps that captivate and delight users. Policy Statement
PubNub is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chain. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related internal policies reflect our commitment to ethical business practices, human rights, and integrity. We maintain systems and controls designed to prevent and detect any form of exploitation or forced labor.
Our Supply Chain and Due Diligence
PubNub’s supply chain primarily comprises professional services and technology providers, including consultants, contractors, software and data service providers, and office and facilities vendors. Given the nature of our business, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain as low.
Nevertheless, PubNub requires all vendors to uphold the highest ethical standards and to comply with applicable anti-slavery and human-trafficking laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We incorporate due diligence checks into our vendor onboarding and contract renewal processes, ensuring that suppliers and their subcontractors align with our human rights expectations.
Training and Awareness
To promote awareness and understanding of modern slavery risks, PubNub provides training to employees involved in procurement, vendor management, and compliance. We continue to enhance our internal programs to strengthen oversight and reinforce our zero-tolerance position on slavery and human trafficking.
Ongoing Commitment
PubNub remains committed to continually improving our systems, supplier engagement, and employee education to ensure ethical and responsible business practices across all regions where we operate.
